Stämpling

Description

Stansning är processen att placera platt plåt i antingen blank eller spolform i enstämplingspress where a tool and dö surface forms the metal into a net shape. Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal manufacturing processes, such as stansninganvänder enmaskinpress or stämplingspress, blanking, prägling, böjning, flänsning och myntning.

Stamping could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages. Progressive dös are commonly fed from a coil of steel, from coil reel to a straightener to level the coil, and then into a feeder which advances the material into the press and dö(s) at a predetermined feed length.

Depending on part complexity, the number of stations in the dö can be varied.

Stämpling görs vanligtvis på kalla metallplåtar, medan för progressiv stämpling används spolstål.

For product development, the forming dö is often developed first, using laser cutting instead of blanking for trial runs, once the final product meets the expectation, the blanking dös are developed.

In stamping, the stamping parts can become the final product after surface treatment, mostly however, it is only used as a functional component for product assembly.

De normala ytbehandlingsprocesserna för stansning av delar inkluderar elektrofores (KTL), pulverlackering, målning och förzinkning. För all ytbehandling erbjuder vi beläggningstest, tjocklek och saltdimptest eller andra tester som ska utföras på begäran. Anodisering är tillgänglig för aluminiummaterial.

Other reports include dimensional reports, surface treatment thickness, and salt fog test reports, etc. We structure our processes, creating Flow Charts and Control Plans before production, making sure all QC processes are in accordance with ISO9001-2015 requirements and drawing specifications.
